Pixx announces debut album 'The Age of Anxiety'

Electro popper Pixx has announced the release of her debut album, The Age of Anxiety.

The musical alter ego of twenty one year-old Brit School graduate Hannah Rodgers, Pixx plays electronic infused pop songs with dreamy melodies and snappy drum sounds. Her new album, named after a 1947 poem penned by W. H. Auden, calls out to a younger generation isolated within an ever changing world fuelled by social media influence and political upheaval.

Pixx plays a number of UK live dates in June to celebrate the release of The Age of Anxiety. She will also perform at a handful of festivals over the summer months.

The Age of Anxiety is released 2nd June via 4AD. Photograph by Cat Stevens.
