C Duncan Unveils new EP

C Duncan Unveils new EP

Following his Mercury Prize-nominated debut album Architect, Glaswegian musician C Duncan unveils a new EP, featuring four previously unreleased tracks.

The first track on the EP is the giddy, fast-paced 'A Year or So' - one of C Duncan's more recent compositions. The song still carries an ethereal quality but also shows C Duncan moving on to an increasingly confident and grounded sound.  The EP also feaures the BBC Radio 6 Music live session version of  'Garden', performed live at Maida Vale studios for Lauren Laverne’s show and one of C Duncan's earlier songs 'The Age For Love (Is The Wrong Age For Me)'.  To round it all off, the EP concludes with a cover of Cocteau Twins' "Pearly-Dewdrops’ Drops" - a fitting tribute to his fellow Scottish musicians.

TRACKLIST

  1.   A Year Or So

  2.   Garden (BBC 6Music Session)

  3.   The Age for Love (Is the Wrong Age for Me)

  4.   Pearly Dewdrops-Drops
